The Broncos competed at the Coppell North CC invitational, Wednesday, Oct. 18th at Andrew Brown West. The team took on North, Cross Timbers, and Heritage Middle Schools.
The A-Division athletes, after taking 2nd place at the previous meets, took 1st place overall. The team was led by Tyler Kim who took 1st place overall with a personal best of 11:59, followed by teammate Alesh Khowala with a time of 12:01. Graham Easterling (12:38), John Jaquish (12:55), and Doughlas Roseberry (12:56) placed 6th-8th. The teams final two runners Calvin Wolf and Ryder Mathine, both set Personal Bests.
The B-Division athletes took 1st place once again. The B-division was led by Benjamin Sambandam who took 2nd overall, and teammates Nathan Christian and Anton Benecke finishing 4th and 5th. Lucas Duncan placed 8th overall and teammates Arjun Suuroy, Othman Mahrous, Achinav MalKapuaan, Milo Hayden, Kasib Ibsan Baron Schott, Ian Kane, Owen O'Brien, and Sebastian Lopez placing 13th-22nd.
The Broncos will be back out on the course next week, Oct. 25th to try and win a Zone Title.
