The Lady Broncos had an amazing start to their first Cross Country Season last Wednesday at Colleyville-Heritage HS.

The Lady Broncos were led by Shriya Bedse, who earned a 2nd place Overall Finish and with a time of 14:44. The second runner through for the Lady Broncos was Michelle Kencono who came in 8th place with a time of 15:52. Marin Melton came in 7 seconds behind Kencono earning 11th place, and Kyra Johnson coming in 15th with a time of 17:32. Teammates Saindhavi Jawahaar, and Bishakha Sinha also had great finishes comin in 16th and 18th.
The A-Division Team finished 2nd behind Cross Timbers.

Our B-Division had a great performance as well. Camille Starnes and Anouk Houdier placed in the Top 15 with an 11th and 14th place finish. Their teammates Anousha Palli, Anukta Palli, Aarya, Alexis Behlen, Lilah Abad, Aarya Bhyjwani, and Sloan Cato all had a great first showing as well.

Our Lady Broncos will be competing at the CMSE Cross Country Invite this Wednesday, Oct. 4th at Andrew Brown West. Come and support your 7th grade Lady Bronco Cross Country Team. Go Broncos!
