On Monday evening the Broncos 7th grade A team started their season with a 28-0 win over the Colleyville Colts. Carson Hodge started the scoring for the Broncos with a 5 yard touchdown run. Hodge led East with 2 rushing touchdowns while Brody Wasserman added one of his own. The Broncos were led by a dominant defensive line that included multiple sacks from Liam Montgomery and a fumble recovery for a touchdown by Atharv Govinda. With solid tackling on the outside from Beau Caviness and Eddie Mackinnon the Broncos proved difficult to move the ball on.

Broncos B team faced a tough challenge against the Colleyville Colts. Jackson Pope Hopkins and Gage Smith ran the ball well all night but were unable to find the endzone. Defensively Pope-Hopkins was all over the field with multiple tackles in the game. Broncos B team fell just short with a score of 18-0.
