The 7th grade Lady Broncos traveled on the road to face Hillwood. Determined to bring home a win, the Lady Broncos played with heart and went point for point against Hillwood. B and C team defeated Hillwood in 2 sets. Brynna Lyon had great serves and passes and even for being on the shorter side, played at the net like a pro and got in some great hits! And her teammate Adwitha Challa also played great defense and was a beast behind the serving line. Dani Green and Bethany Liebert also contributed with great serves for the B team and good net defense by Avery Easterling.

A-team was also determined to end the night with a win. The team began their game with solid energy and communication. Claire Keith, Madi Taylor, and Laney Bass all had great digs from Hillwood’s hitters. Emma Praytor and Aneesha Bijja had great serves for the night, each serving an average of 6 serves in a row. Although they fell short to Hillwood, the Lady Broncos have shown much improvement since their last game.

The 7th grade Lady Broncos will face Carroll Middle School here in Coppell on Thursday. Come out and show your support!
